Implementation Methodology
The first step in HBMJ’s project life cycle methodology entails a detailed implementation analysis. The goal of this analysis is to gain an understanding of your firm’s current environment, workflows and business goals and objectives.
During the project planning phase a detailed roadmap is developed that will be used as a guide throughout the implementation. A comprehensive and customized 300-400 step project plan will be prepared.
An important consideration of the project plan is to attempt to balance the goals and objectives of the implementation with the tactical challenges that the operational change will bring to your firm.
The next step is the execution phase. During this stage, HBMJ executes the tasks as outlined in the project plan.
HBMJ will develop a tailored training program to provide your staff with the necessary knowledge and skills required to successfully integrate the new systems and workflows.
Detailed documentation is created of the new workflows from a business and IT perspective.
HBMJ will work with you throughout the Go-Live phase providing support, responding to questions and resolving issues.
The final step of the implementation cycle is to perform a post-implementation review. During this phase we will review the results of the project and compare them to the original goals and objectives.
A plan for potential/on-going improvements will be discussed and project planning for additional phases of your implementation may be identified and scheduled. At this time, a Service Level Agreement is discussed and drafted.
